The Role

We're looking for a Compliance & Risk Advisor to help keep us sharp, safe, and ahead of the curve.

Reporting into our Global Head of Compliance, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our global compliance framework, managing regulatory risk, and supporting our teams as they bring bold new ideas to life. This is a chance to blend commercial thinking with regulatory expertise, all while working in a high-growth, customer-obsessed fintech environment.

• Keep your finger on the pulse of regulatory change across Australia, USA, UK, Canada, EU, and NZ.
• Provide practical, commercially focused compliance advice to Product, Tech, and Ops teams.
• Support our global AML/CTF program, conduct due diligence, and monitor transactions.
• Help uplift our risk management framework and maintain global risk registers.
• Assist in preparing reports and insights for senior leadership and the Board.
• Drive awareness and engagement with compliance through training and policy rollouts.

• 5+ years’ experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory roles in payments, fintech, or financial services.Strong ability to translate complex regulations into simple, practical guidance.
• A proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A balance of commercial acumen and regulatory rigour — you know how to keep innovation moving while keeping us compliant.
