About the Role

We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to join our UK Sales team and deliver outstanding experiences for existing Prezzee clients. Reporting to the Head of Account Management UK & Ireland, you’ll be the primary point of contact, building strong relationships, driving engagement, and identifying growth, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities across employee recognition, loyalty, and innovative gifting solutions.

The role is based on a hybrid model with 4 days a week in the central London office, surrounded by your colleagues.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients to drive engagement and retention.
  • Understand client goals and deliver tailored Prezzee solutions to meet their needs.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, upsell, and cross-sell across employee recognition, loyalty, and other innovative gifting solutions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Network within client organisations to identify opportunities with new departments or functions, supporting cross-region introductions where relevant.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on client strategies and campaigns.
  • Contribute to campaign planning by identifying target audiences, creating messaging, and sharing best practices.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, implement retention initiatives, and minimise churn.
  • Proactively monitor market activity and trends to identify new opportunities for Prezzee Business.
  • Contribute to individual and team sales goals, supporting cross-region collaboration.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Key Account Management (ideally in e-commerce, tech, or retail).
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
  • Organisational excellence with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot experience desirable) and Microsoft Office.
  • A collaborative, energetic, and goal-oriented approach.
  • Open-minded, self-starting, and ready to embrace Prezzee culture.
  • Act as a product and client evangelist, sharing impact stories and insights.
  • Resilient, positive, and proactive in supporting team and client success.
