About the Role
We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to join our UK Sales team and deliver outstanding experiences for existing Prezzee clients. Reporting to the Head of Account Management UK & Ireland, you’ll be the primary point of contact, building strong relationships, driving engagement, and identifying growth, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities across employee recognition, loyalty, and innovative gifting solutions.
The role is based on a hybrid model with 4 days a week in the central London office, surrounded by your colleagues.
