Preventative Maintenance Technician, Facilities

📋 Description

• Establish and execute a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for facility assets.
• PM schedules for HVAC, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Create work instructions and checklists for routine maintenance.
• Schedule maintenance with facilities team and outside contractors.
• Track work orders and adjust schedules using performance data.
• Document maintenance history in CMMS and manage asset inventory.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree/technical cert in facilities or equivalent.
• 1-2 years facilities/maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn CMMS.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication; able to work independently and with teams.
