Perform routine HVAC maintenance and inspections (rooftop units, boilers, chillers, heat pumps).
Replace components (motors, belts, filters, refrigerant levels, etc.).
Interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and team.
Maintain accurate service records (work performed, parts used, system conditions).
Ensure compliance with safety standards and codes.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
1+ year of experience.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
EPA 608 certification (required).
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
