Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems: rooftop units, boilers, chillers, heat pumps.
Clean coils, replace belts/filters, check refrigerant, lubricate motors.
Replace or repair motors, compressors, fans, thermostats.
Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
Communicate findings and recommendations with clients and team.
Maintain records of work performed, parts used, and system conditions.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
1+ year of HVAC experience.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
EPA 608 certification (required).
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
