📋 Description

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems (rooftop units, split systems).
• Clean coils, belts, filters; check refrigerant; lubricate motors.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
• Communicate service findings with clients and team.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and conditions.
• Ensure safety standards and building codes are followed.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma; HVAC cert preferred.
• 1+ year of experience.
• HVAC, electrical, and mechanical knowledge.
• EPA 608 certification (required).
• NATE and RMGA certs; commercial HVAC exp; digital service tools.
• Strong communication and travel-ready; valid driver's license.
