Preventative Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Perform routine HVAC maintenance on rooftop units, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps.
• Replace or repair motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
• Communicate findings and recommendations with clients and team.
• Maintain records of work performed, parts used, and conditions.
• Ensure safety, codes, and company policies are followed.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and components.
• EPA 608 certification (required).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
