Preventative Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Perform routine HVAC maintenance on rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, heat pumps.
• Replace or repair defective components such as motors, compressors, fans, thermostats.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with clients and team members.
• Maintain accurate records, including work performed, parts used, and system conditions.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience.
• EPA 608 certification (required).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
