📋 Description

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment (assembly lines, conveyors, mixers, ovens).
• Create and follow detailed maintenance schedules to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Inspect wear, potential failures, and areas needing improvement.
• Ensure safety and PPE compliance and safety protocols.
• Maintain records and update equipment logs.
• Coordinate lubrication schedules using proper lubricants for specific equipment.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years preventive maintenance in manufacturing; food industry preferred; HS diploma required.
• Skills: Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities for high-speed production equipment.
• Technical knowledge: Mechanical, pneumatic, electrical systems; control systems knowledge.
• Tools: Familiarity with voltmeters, ammeters, lubrication equipment.
• Flexibility: 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and occasional overtime.
• Safety: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
