Preventative Maintenance HVAC Technician

📋 Description

• Maintain HVAC systems (rooftop units, splits, boilers, chillers, heat pumps).
• Clean coils; replace belts/filters; check refrigerant; lubricate motors; replace defective components.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and team; report issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work, parts, and system conditions.
• Ensure safety, codes, and company policies; perform basic troubleshooting.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
• 1+ year of HVAC experience.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and electrical circuits.
• EPA 608 certification (required).
• Ability to read and interpret technical docs and blueprints.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
