Preventative Maintenance HVAC Technician

📋 Description

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems.
• Service rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps.
• Clean coils, replace belts/filters, check refrigerant levels, lubricate motors.
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and conditions.
• Ensure safety standards and building codes are met.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
• 1+ year of experience.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
• EPA 608 certification (required).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Valid driver\'s license and ability to travel to job sites.
