🎯 Requirements
- 4-5+ years of experience in a creative agency or equivalent high-performance environment
- Portfolio demonstrating system thinking (templates, consistency) and high-impact storytelling
- Experience collaborating with senior creative and strategy stakeholders
- Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides (master slides, templates)
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator; After Effects a plus)
- Ability to create data visualizations and translate complex information into clear graphics
