- Extensive experience completing quality chart reviews and healthcare audits; train others on documentation standards
- Interest in AI transforming clinical practice; evaluate and deploy AI tools responsibly
- Strong collaboration across clinical strategy, product, operations, and engineering
- Strategic first-principles thinker; decompose problems into actionable plans
- Motivated to improve access to high-quality behavioral healthcare at scale
