Presales Architect, Product Specialist

📋 Description

• Architect and validate end-to-end, multi-product solutions across ecosystems.
• Lead technical discovery, solution mapping, and validation workshops/POCs with stakeholders.
• Focus on identity flows (MFA, OAuth/OIDC, JWT) and secure-by-design architectures.
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness (GDPR, data residency) and governance controls.
• Build exec-ready presentations, communicate tradeoffs, and long-term vision.
• Drive Product & R&D interlock and feed feedback into roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience operating as a regional technical authority (coaching, asset creation).
• Track record building repeatable architectures that scale across teams.
• Partner with Product/PMM on positioning, roadmap feedback, and launch readiness.
• Familiarity with encryption, audit logging, incident response, and data residency.
• Experience across multiple product areas within a platform/API company.
• Desired: overlay/specialist presales and collaboration with product on strategy/roadmap.
