🎯 Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail; meet monthly and annual deadlines.
  • Ability to work with billing staff, other departments, customers, and agents.
  • Proficient in debits/credits and daily/monthly balancing.
  • Flexible, self-directed; able to handle changing priorities.
