- Own end-to-end liquidity provider relationships from onboarding to optimization.
- Negotiate terms, fees, and SLAs with market makers, OTC desks, and algo traders.
- Monitor liquidity metrics (spread, depth, fill rates) and improve execution.
- Onboard specialist liquidity providers for prediction markets and tokenized RWAs.
- Lead liquidity strategy for predictions and RWA liquidity; onboard event-contract specialists.
- Define and execute a global liquidity acquisition/retention strategy aligned with growth.
🎯 Requirements
- 3–8 years in client coverage or institutional sales at a crypto venue.
- Experience covering/trading two of: spot, derivatives, perps, predictions, RWAs.
- Regulated Market Structure knowledge (MiFID II) vs offshore crypto venues.
- Has run a live client book with pipeline hygiene and post-trade exposure.
- Comfortable in fast Slack/Telegram environments with minute-level response times.
