- Own end-to-end liquidity provider relationships across all product verticals.
- Negotiate terms with market makers, OTC desks, algo traders, and RWA providers.
- Monitor liquidity metrics (spread, depth, fill rates) and drive execution improvements.
- Lead liquidity strategy for predictions and RWA trading; onboard specialists.
- Collaborate with Trading, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal for onboarding & API integration.
- Represent liquidity provider interests; advise leadership on market development.
🎯 Requirements
- 3–8 years in client coverage, institutional sales, or market-maker mgmt at an exchange or crypto venue.
- Experience covering at least two: spot, derivatives, perps, predictions, RWAs, or tokenized products.
- Deep knowledge of traditional market structure (MiFID II) vs offshore crypto venues.
- Has run a live client book with pipeline hygiene and post-trade exposure.
- Comfortable in fast Slack/Telegram environments with minute-level response times.
