- Own end-to-end LP relationships from onboarding to expansion across products.
- Negotiate terms, fees, and SLAs with market makers, OTC desks, and RWA providers.
- Monitor liquidity metrics (spread, depth, fills) across spot, derivatives, predictions, RWAs.
- Lead liquidity strategy for prediction markets and RWAs; define relationships.
- Develop and manage RWA liquidity partnerships with tokenized issuers and brokers.
- Collaborate with Product/Trading to set liquidity requirements for RWAs/prediction books.
🎯 Requirements
- 3–8 years in client coverage or institutional sales at crypto venues.
- Direct experience in two areas: spot, derivatives, perps, predictions, RWAs.
- Deep knowledge of market structure (MiFID II) vs offshore crypto venues.
- Has run a live client book with pipeline hygiene and post-trade exposure.
- Comfortable in fast Slack/Telegram envs with high-speed clients.
