- Own end-to-end liquidity provider relationships from onboarding to expansion.
- Negotiate terms with Tier-1/2 market makers, OTC desks, and RWA providers.
- Lead liquidity strategy for prediction markets and tokenized RWAs.
- Develop and manage RWA liquidity partnerships with issuers and institutional counterparties.
- Collaborate with Trading, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal for onboarding and API integration.
- Represent Crypto.com at industry conferences to expand the provider pipeline.
🎯 Requirements
- 3–8 years in client coverage, sales trading, or institutional sales at a crypto venue or broker.
- Experience covering two of: spot, derivatives, perps, predictions, RWAs, or tokenized products.
- Deep knowledge of MiFID II and offshore crypto venues.
- Has run a live client book with pipeline hygiene and post-trade workflows.
- Comfortable in fast Slack/Telegram environments with rapid responses.
