  • End-to-end preconstruction knowledge from client acquisition to site start.
  • Ability to mentor junior staff and manage larger projects.
  • Strong collaboration with the Delivery team during planning.
  • Budgeting, tendering and subcontractor management expertise.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
