Preconstruction Manager

📋 Description

• Own Day-to-Day Preconstruction through concept to construction readiness.
• Manage budget development, master schedule alignment, and milestones.
• Establish architect execution frameworks and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners for scope alignment.
• Translate design and commercial ambiguity into executable strategies.
• Build playbooks and benchmarking to scale CoreWeave's preconstruction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent.
• 7-12+ years in preconstruction, estimating, PM, design management, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction means, methods, sequencing, and owner-side delivery.
• Experience with budgeting, estimating, procurement, and contract strategy on complex capital projects.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across design, construction, finance, and leadership.
