Preconstruction Coordinator

📋 Description

• Study, evaluate, and understand project plans and specs.
• Identify project resources required based on scope.
• Generate estimates for labor, material, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Obtain multiple bids; assist in contract negotiations.
• Support PMs by estimating Change Orders during downtime.
• Attend Pre-Bid Meetings to grasp owner's requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years electrical construction estimator experience.
• Residential & Commercial experience a plus.
• Proficient with Accubid Enterprise & LiveCount Plan Viewer.
• Bluebeam Revu 2016 experience for markups.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Knowledge of building codes and electrical, plumbing, mechanical codes.
• Ability to read specs and multiple trade drawings.
• Team-oriented; ability to lead on a project as needed.
