Study and evaluate project plans, designs and specs.
Identify resources required based on scope of work.
Generate estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors; delegate to outside purchasing agents where appropriate.
Obtain multiple bids and assist in contract negotiations.
Work with internal team and potential client to create competitive project proposals or bids.
Support Project Managers by estimating Change Orders during downtime.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years as Electrical Construction Estimator.
Residential & Commercial experience a plus.
Read specs and trade drawings to define electrical scope.
Proficient in Accubid Enterprise and LiveCount Plan Viewer.
Mark-up with Bluebeam Revu 2016; coordinate BIM layouts.
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); strong communication.
