🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or RN, or equivalent.
- 5+ years' experience in start up or SU Lead/PM in CRO/pharma.
- 2+ years in milestone management, budgeting, and coordinating teams.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional activities.
- English fluency and the local language of the country where based.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines; strong communication.
