Serve as primary client contact and escalation point
Coordinate external vendors and internal functions to timelines and budget
Manage study budget, scope, and profitability; drive completion
Develop robust project plans with timelines and risk management
Ensure quality management including eTMF readiness and CAPA
Prepare project status updates and KPI reporting to clients and senior management

🎯 Requirements

North America: Bachelor's in science/health; advanced degree preferred
At least 7 years clinical research and 4+ years PM experience
Experience managing global trials with cross-functional teams
Strong communication and presentation skills; lead client meetings
Proficiency with PM tools: eTMF, EDC, CTMS, MS Project
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
