Pre-Weighing Operator (2nd Shift)

📋 Description

• Accurately weigh, verify, and stage ingredients per batch records and SOPs.
• Document lot numbers, part numbers, and expiration dates for traceability.
• Operate in a regulated environment following cGMP and GDP standards.
• Collaborate with Processing dept (wet batching, spray drying) and sanitation as required.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with weighing, batch manufacturing, or sanitation in a cGMP facility.
• Exceptional attention to detail for repetitive, precise tasks.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work in varying temperatures.
• Basic computer skills; data entry and electronic batch records.
