• Guide customers to design and build scalable systems using MongoDB
• Collaborate with sales and Field Solutions Architecture to win deals
• Be a trusted advisor to enterprise customers across the Americas
• Role can be remote in São Paulo or Mexico City
• Design, deploy, and operate customer solutions for success
• Mentor other Solutions Consulting team members

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of related industry experience; 2 years in customer-facing roles
• 2+ years with Python/Node.js/SQL or languages like C/C++, Java, C#
• Experience building scalable distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Ability to review complex architectures with customers and guide improvements
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in written and verbal English
