- Build and maintain relationships with sales, CSMs, and partners during implementations.
- Strong presentation skills to demonstrate value and differentiators.
- Strong innovation skills; builder mentality.
- Experience scoping, producing, and delivering SOWs that meet requirements.
- Articulate customer success stories and metrics demonstrating value.
- 4-year Bachelor Degree.
- Specific skills in creating SFDC reports/dashboards and navigating SFDC.
