- Build/maintain relationships with sales, CSMs, and partners during implementations.
- Strong presentation skills; convey value of complex service solutions.
- Strong innovation skills; create service templates and engagement processes.
- Experience scoping, producing and delivering SOWs that meet requirements.
- 4-year Bachelor Degree; SFDC reports/dashboards and SFDC navigation.
