Pre-Release & Intake Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversees Intake staff by planning, assigning, reviewing their work, and training team members.
• Manage resources, approve work products, and coordinate activities affecting program effectiveness.
• Provide intake services to a small group of program candidates.
• Lead weekly Intake Team meetings to review tasks, ensure alignment with inspHire procedures.
• Coordinates the transition of clients from Intake to Case Management, including assignments and documentation accuracy.
• Partner with community agencies to recruit potential clients and raise program awareness.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software applications.
• Strong documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse settings with culturally diverse families and communities.
• Must obtain and maintain authorization from the Florida Department of Corrections and the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office to access their prisons and jails.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred; four years’ human services experience; nonprofit experience a plus.
