Build rapport with merchants to understand POS needs and SkyTab configurations.
Independently manage onboarding lifecycle: data gathering, configuration, and installation.
Program merchant menus, configure online ordering, and ensure marketplace integrations.
Train merchants on Shift4 products and services.
Provide white-glove onboarding and maintain merchant satisfaction.
Maintain clear communication across email, phone, tickets, and chat.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Hardware platforms, configuration methods, deployment, and logistics knowledge.
Strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Suite, and Google Suite; Monday.com is a plus.
Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to self-manage and think critically.
Natural problem-solving skills with the ability to de-escalate issues effectively.
