Pre-Enrollment RN Supervisor

📋 Description

• Serve as the RN Supervisor for Pre-Enrollment in Southern California.
• Own day-to-day enrollment case ops and SOP enforcement.
• Ensure documentation quality and regulatory readiness.
• Coordinate with Enrollment RNs and RN Clinical Manager.
• Manage RN tracker, enrollment pipeline, and Epic queues.
• Identify stalled cases and escalate with time-bound steps.

🎯 Requirements

• Active California RN license in good standing.
• 3–5 years clinical nursing; PACE/geriatrics/home health preferred.
• Travel to conduct in-person ERN quality meetings as needed.
• Excellent organization and communication; manage high-volume workflows.
• Strong Epic, Salesforce, and EHR experience; ensure documentation alignment.
• MS Office proficiency; navigate multiple software platforms (EHR/CRM).
