🎯 Requirements

- ICI projects; multiple delivery models (CM, Cost Plus, Lump Sum, Design-Build).
- Building systems knowledge: envelope, site, MEP.
- Interpret docs from concept to issued-for-construction; translate into budgets and scopes.
- Conceptual and detailed estimates; drive value engineering.
- PlanSwift, Procore or similar; strong Excel for cost modeling.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; remote teams.
- Excellent English communication; lead client presentations and cross-functional discussions.
