🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or Real Estate Development.
- 1-4 years in real estate, infrastructure planning, or project management; data center dev preferred.
- Land acquisitions and permitting knowledge.
- Substation and switchyard design/build knowledge.
- Experience managing due diligence for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Ability to interpret ALTA surveys, geotechnical reports, and environmental assessments.
