ACO Training & Development: Train office staff and providers on processes and tech; assess training needs.
Customer Success: Listen to practice concerns; relay to managers to drive improvements.
Travel up to 25% domestically; remote otherwise.

🎯 Requirements

4-6 years in medical practice management; admin clinic exp accepted.
3 years of experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
Excellent communication, organizational, project mgmt, and team-building skills.
Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis tools.
Excellent computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
