📋 Description

• Implement wellness visits and care transitions; meet plan goals.
• Lead ACO initiatives with guidance from Market Leadership.
• Train office staff and physicians on processes and technologies.
• Assess ongoing training needs for practices and staff.
• Build relationships with physicians and execs to improve performance.
• Listen to practice concerns and relay feedback to managers.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a resident of Michigan.
• Bachelor's degree required; 4-6 years of practice management may substitute.
• 3 years of experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) for clinical/practice management.
• Excellent oral and written communication; organizational and project skills.
• Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis tools.
• Excellent computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
