📋 Description

• Direct Practice Support: Implement products and ACO initiatives with Market Leadership direction.
• Accountable for wellness visits, transitions of care, and active management; meet goals.
• ACO Training & Development: Train office staff and providers on processes and technologies.
• Continual assessment of practice and staff training needs.
• Build relationships with physicians and execs to boost financial/quality performance.
• Customer Success: Listen to practices concerns and relay information to managers.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be resident of southern California.
• 4-6 years medical practice management experience; degree may be substituted.
• 3 years of EHR experience for clinical/practice management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis tools.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
