📋 Description

• Implement products and ACO initiatives per Market Leadership.
• Support wellness visits, transitions of care, and practice goals.
• Train staff and providers on processes and technologies.
• Assess training needs; build relationships with physicians and executives.
• Develop engagement to improve financial and quality performance.
• Listen to practice concerns and relay to leadership for improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be resident of Virginia.
• 4-6 years in medical practice management; related clinic admin acceptable.
• 3 years of EHR experience for clinical/process workflows.
• Excellent communication, organizational, project management and team-building skills.
• Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis tools.
• Travel up to 25% to Tennessee; strong computer skills.
