📋 Description

• Implement products and ACO initiatives per Market Leadership guidance.
• Support wellness visits, transitions of care, and active management.
• Provide ACO training to office staff and physicians on processes and tools.
• Assess ongoing training needs for practices and staff.
• Build relationships with physicians, providers, and executives to improve performance.
• Listen to practice concerns and relay improvements to management.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be resident of Virginia.
• Bachelor’s degree; 4–6 years medical practice management experience.
• 3 years experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) in clinical/practice management.
