📋 Description

• Implement products and support ACO initiatives per leadership.
• Execute wellness visits and care transitions per PT plans.
• Train office staff and physicians on processes and tech.
• Assess training needs and engage staff to improve metrics.
• Build relationships with physicians and executives to drive value.
• Address practice concerns and relay opportunities to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Idaho resident required.
• Bachelor's degree or 4-6 yrs practice mgmt exp in lieu of degree.
• 3 years of EHR experience in clinical/practice mgmt.
• Strong verbal/written communication and PM skills.
• Familiar with process mapping and workflow tools.
• Excellent computer skills; quick to learn software.
