📋 Description

• Implement products and execute ACO initiatives per Market Leadership.
• Support wellness visits, transitions of care, active management per PT Plans.
• Train office staff and physicians on processes and tech per curriculum.
• Assess training needs for practices and staff continually.
• Build relationships with physicians and executives to improve metrics.
• Listen to practices and relay issues to managers for improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be resident of Tennessee.
• Graduate of an accredited college/university; 4–6 years practice mgmt exp may substitute for education.
• 3 years with EHR for clinical/practice management.
• Excellent oral/written communication; organizational and project mgmt; team-building.
• Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis tools.
• Strong computer skills; willing to learn new software.
