📋 Description

• Implement products and execute ACO initiatives per Market Leadership.
• Implement wellness visits, transitions of care, and active management toward PT Plans.
• Train staff and providers on processes and technologies.
• Assess training needs and develop programs for practices and staff.
• Build relationships with physicians and execs to improve performance.
• Travel to practices up to 40% per year.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a Florida resident.
• Graduate of an accredited college; 4–6 years in medical practice management.
• 3 years of EHR experience for clinical/practice management.
• Excellent oral and written communication; public presentation skills.
• Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis tools.
• Excellent computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
