📋 Description

• Implement products and ACO initiatives under Market Leadership.
• Support wellness visits, transitions of care, and active management.
• Train staff and physicians on processes and tech (VBC curriculum).
• Assess training needs and develop relationships with physicians.
• Relay practice concerns to managers to identify improvements.
• Travel up to 25% within the market.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be resident of New Mexico or Arizona.
• Graduate of an accredited college; or 4-6 yrs in medical practice management.
• 3 years of experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and PM skills.
• Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis tools.
• Excellent computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
• Travel up to 25% within the market.
