🎯 Requirements

• Have 5+ years of people leadership experience (veterinary preferred, but not required)
• Balance big picture with attention to detail
• Lead with humility and openness; use feedback to build trust and growth
• Create psychological safety, set expectations, and hold people to them with warmth
• Are excited to try new things, make mistakes, and help make something that doesn’t exist yet
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to advocate for your clinic
