📋 Description

  • Own the AIOps consulting portfolio, from service definitions to outcomes.
  • Package internal AIOps IP into sellable offerings with scope and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in consulting, tech services, or leadership with AIOps exposure.
  • Proven experience commercializing tech platforms into market-facing offerings.
  • Strong understanding of AIOps, observability, automation, AI/ML, and analytics.
  • Proven presales leadership, deal shaping, and executive-level engagement.
  • Experience balancing hands-on delivery with portfolio or practice leadership.
  • Excellent executive communication and narrative-building skills.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex consulting engagements.
  • Understanding IT production constraints, change management, adoption challenges.
