- Strong understanding of AIOps, observability, automation, AI/ML, and analytics.
- Proven presales leadership, deal shaping, and executive-level engagement.
- Experience balancing hands-on delivery with portfolio or practice leadership.
- Excellent executive communication and narrative-building skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex consulting engagements.
- Understanding IT production constraints, change management, adoption challenges.
