🎯 Requirements
- 12-18+ years of overall experience with 8+ years in Oracle PPM (Cloud preferred)
- Proven track record of leading large-scale Oracle Cloud PPM implementations
- Deep expertise in Project Costing, Project Billing, Grants Management, Resource Management
- Strong understanding of integration points with Financials, HCM, and Procurement
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills; ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Proven team-building and mentoring capabilities
