Lead the project team and contractors through EPC for power-specific scope items.
Develop and issue drawings, design docs, and reports for aerospace/industrial projects.
Write, negotiate, and manage construction contracts with subcontractors through close-out.
Resolve design and construction conflicts in the field in real-time.
Coordinate with utility provider to ensure reliable power for critical site infrastructure.
Interact with engineers, contractors, vendors, fabricators, and project stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or electrical engineering technology
3+ years of professional experience in design or build of commercial/industrial power systems
Primary experience with electrical and power distribution systems (≤600Vac)
Delta/Wye transformers, switchgear, MCCs, grounding knowledge
UPS systems, backup generators, and automatic transfer switches
Onsite role; travel up to 25%; extended hours may be required
