- Collaborate with board, rack, and system engineers to drive board/system power delivery.
- Analyze performance, cost, reliability, and availability trade-offs.
- Design onboard power conversion specs: hot swaps, regulators, LDOs, IBC.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies to improve power delivery in data center product design.
- Lead projects involving new technologies or novel applications of existing technologies.
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years designing hardware for data center power delivery and DC/DC design.
- Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field.
- Bias toward action and persistence in solving challenges.
- System design experience across mechanical and product design.
- Strong learning mindset and ability to share knowledge.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing conditions.
