Power Engineer, Hardware

📋 Description

• Lead board and system power design and power integrity for AI data center systems.
• Collaborate with board, rack, and system engineers to drive board/system power delivery.
• Analyze performance, cost, reliability, and availability trade-offs.
• Design onboard power conversion specs: hot swaps, regulators, LDOs, IBC.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies to improve power delivery in data center product design.
• Lead projects involving new technologies or novel applications of existing technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years designing hardware for data center power delivery and DC/DC design.
• Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Bias toward action and persistence in solving challenges.
• System design experience across mechanical and product design.
• Strong learning mindset and ability to share knowledge.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing conditions.
