Lead HW/SW integration tests for high-voltage power electronics (DC-DC, DC-AC, AC-DC).
Specify, design, and test electrical aspects of modules and boards.
Define test plans and procedures; run tests and generate reports.
Own tester designs from concept to production end-to-end.
Create development test cases for modules/boards.
Build, bring-up, troubleshoot, operate, and maintain test stations.

🎯 Requirements

BS Electrical Engineering with 3+ years or MS with 1+ year.
Hands-on testing/integration of high-voltage power electronics converters and boards.
Understanding power electronics components, topologies, and thermal management.
Experience turning requirements into test plans with pass/fail criteria.
Familiarity with automated test stations/tools NI and LabVIEW and lab instruments.
Bonus qualifications: DO-160G, firmware, Python, C, C++, Matlab; Spice/Altium; aviation.
