🎯 Requirements
- MS in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering; PhD preferred.
- 8+ years hands-on power electronics product development.
- Strong AC/DC and DC/DC converter design expertise.
- Embedded firmware for MCUs, DSPs, and FPGA/PLD.
- Lead cross-functional teams across electrical, software, mechanical, thermal.
- Experience with PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE.
- Familiarity with EV charging standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership; willing to travel.
